Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy


Sexual Harassment is a Serious Offense: Sexual harassment in any form is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense under UGC guidelines and the law.

What Constitutes Sexual Harassment?

Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome behavior of a sexual nature, such as:

  • Physical contact and advances
  • Demand or request for sexual favors
  • Sexually colored remarks
  • Showing pornography
  • Any other unwelcome physical, verbal, or non-verbal conduct of a sexual nature

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC): Our college has established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address and redress complaints of sexual harassment. The ICC is constituted as per UGC norms and includes trained members to handle cases with sensitivity and confidentiality.
